5-1315. Citation and time of serving
Such citation shall be served by any sheriff, constable, or police officer in the City upon the persons named therein not less than six nor more than 60 days prior to the time of hearing. Service of such citation may be accepted by any or all persons named therein, by endorsing their acceptance in writing thereon.
