§ 1202 Warrant and notice to nonresident taxpayer
5-1202. Warrant and notice to nonresident taxpayer
Thirty days before the issuance of a warrant against the person or property of a nonresident taxpayer, the City Treasurer shall give such nonresident notice in writing of the tax, the amount thereof, and the time within which the same may be paid to the City Treasurer. Said notice may be delivered to such nonresident taxpayer or sent by certified mail to the last and usual place of abode, or to the last address given by said nonresident taxpayer as the address to which notices should be sent.
