§ 50 City Council to establish penalty
3-50. City Council to establish penalty
The City Council may provide a penalty for the violation of any ordinance, regulation, or by-law not to exceed $500.00. Each day the violation continues shall constitute a separate and distinct offense. If no penalty shall be fixed for the violation of any ordinance, regulation, or by-law, the Court before which such action is heard shall impose a fine not to exceed $500.00 for each offense.
