269-303. Terms of office-trustees

(a) There shall be three trustees elected at the regular Village meeting in 1994, two for a term of two years, and one for a term of one year. Every year thereafter, there shall be two trustees elected for a two year term, so as to constitute a five-member Board.

(b) All trustees shall be elected at large, one of whom shall be elected at the annual Village meeting as President.

(c) Any trustee shall be eligible to succeed himself/herself indefinitely.

(d) At their first regular meeting following the annual Village meeting, the rustees shall organize themselves, with the President being the Chairman of the Board of Trustees.
