[Section 506 repealed effective June 30, 2014.] 257-506. Evidence of adoption

A certificate of the Village Clerk showing the publication, posting, recording, and adoption of an ordinance, bylaw, rule, or regulation, or any of the foregoing; shall be presumptive evidence of the facts so stated in any action or proceeding in court or before any board, commission, or other tribunal.
