[Section 402 repealed effective June 30, 2014.] 257-402. Oath; bond

Before entering upon his or her duties, the Village Manager shall be sworn to the faithful performance of his or her duties as provided by this charter and shall give a bond to the Village in such amount and with such sureties as the Board of Trustees may require.
