[Section 303 repealed effective June 30, 2014.] 257-303. Rules of procedure; journal

The Board of Trustees shall determine its own rules and order of business. The Clerk shall maintain a journal of the Board's proceedings which shall be kept in the office of the Manager within five days of the proceeding and shall be open to public inspection.
