19-711. Bonds and indebtedness
Whenever the City shall vote in the manner prescribed by general law to incur debt for the purpose of making improvements, the vote to incur such indebtedness shall authorize the Manager to include in each annual budget a sum sufficient to pay the interest on such indebtedness and that part of principal thereof next coming due. (Added 2013, No. M-9, 3, eff. June 4, 2013.)
