105-84. Board of Sewer Commissioners

The Town of Berlin may vote by Australian ballot to create an independent Board of Sewer Commissioners, with full authority to exercise the present powers of the Selectboard in superintending the sewer system, including the power to adopt rates. Such a Board shall consist of five members to be appointed by the Selectboard for staggered three-year terms.
