105-72. Noticing of pending vacancy at conclusion of term
At least 10 days before the end of the term of an appointive Town officer, the Selectboard shall post notice of this fact in the Town Clerk's office and two other public places in the Town, giving a brief description of the duties of the position and inviting interested persons to apply to the Selectboard.
