§ 422 Motor buses


23 V.S.A. § 422 What's This?

422. Motor buses

A person owning or operating a motor bus upon the highways of the state, which is not registered in this state, shall apply annually to the commissioner of motor vehicles for an identification marker which shall be conspicuously displayed on the motor bus while operating within the state. The annual fee shall be $6.00 for each individual bus in the fleet which will operate in Vermont. Motor bus registration under this section shall expire annually on March 1. For the purposes of this section, "motor bus" shall have the same meaning as provided in subdivision 3002(6) of this title. (Added 1981, No. 87, 20, eff. June 1, 1981; amended 1981, No. 172 (Adj.
