3075. Rules and regulations
The commissioner of public safety may adopt rules and regulations under chapter 25 of Title 3 to implement the provisions of this division and to govern the storage, transportation and the manner of use of explosives as defined in 13 V.S.A. 1603. (Added 1971, No. 107 10, eff. May 22, 1971.)
