[Section 5290 effective July 1, 2016.] 5290. Immunity for physicians
A physician shall be immune from any civil or criminal liability or professional disciplinary action for actions performed in good faith compliance with the provisions of this chapter. (Added 2013, No. 39, 1, eff. July 1, 2016.)
