§ 1262b Regulations


16 V.S.A. § 1262b What's This?

1262b. Regulations

The state board of education shall adopt regulations governing grants under section 1262a of this title. Such regulations shall provide for grants from state funds in accordance with guidelines of food programs as defined under federal law. The state board of education may adopt such other rules and regulations as are necessary to carry out the provisions of this subchapter.
