1072. Legal holidays

All conditions of employment relating to legal holidays, including but not limited to decisions such as the closing or opening of schools and compensation for work performed on such a day, shall be proper matters for collective bargaining pursuant to 16 V.S.A. chapter 57. (Amended 1975, No. 48, 9, eff. April 15, 1975; 1985, No. 251 (Adj. Sess.), 2.)
