835. Lemington, Bloomfield, Brunswick, Granby, Guildhall, and Maidstone; tuitioning of elementary students

The Lemington, Bloomfield, Brunswick, Granby, Guildhall, and Maidstone school districts may provide for the elementary education of the pupils residing in their districts by paying tuition to public elementary schools in the state of New Hampshire. Notwithstanding the provisions of section 823 of this title, school districts affected by this section shall pay the full tuition charged by a public elementary school in New Hampshire.
