2318. Other trustees, when
The probate division of the superior court may appoint trustees in cases not otherwise provided for when the use of property, real or personal, descends to a person for life or for a term of years, and shall have the same power to enforce such trust which such court has in case of guardians of minor children. (Amended 2009, No. 154 (Adj. Sess.), 238a, eff. Feb. 1, 2011.)
