1652. Contracts
Upon approval of the application, the department shall prepare and offer to the municipality a contract for services requested, which shall include such terms and conditions as the department determines to be reasonable, including but not limited to reimbursement of all costs of such services. (Added 1971, No. 97, 3, eff. April 22, 1971.)
