1399. Penalties
Any person who violates a provision of this subchapter shall be fined not more than $1,000.00 for each violation. (Added 1965, No. 206, 6; amended 1981, No. 222 (Adj. Sess.), 29; 1989, No. 201 (Adj. Sess.), 5.)
