3872. Secondhand dealers; retention of goods
A pawnbroker or secondhand dealer, as defined in section 3865 of this title, shall retain purchased property for no fewer than 10 days before offering it for sale or for scrap. (Added 2011, No. 167 (Adj. Sess.), 5, eff. May 18, 2012.)
