4361. Mutual associations authorized

Employers who have accepted the provisions of the workers' compensation law and are bound to pay compensation to their employees thereunder, with the approval of the Commissioner, may associate themselves in accordance with the law for the formation of corporations without capital stock for the purpose of establishing and maintaining mutual associations to insure their liabilities under such provisions. (Amended 1981, No. 165 (Adj. Sess.), 1.)
