7 V.S.A. § 111 What's This?

111. Vinous beverages manufactured in Vermont

Vinous beverages manufactured in Vermont and bearing the Vermont seal of quality:

(1) shall be sold in state operated stores;

(2) may be sold in contract agency stores and may be displayed with the spirituous liquors or with the vinous beverages or both. (Added 1987, No. 188 (Adj. Sess.), 3, eff. May 11, 1988.)
