§ 362 Application; undertaking; recommendation


7 V.S.A. § 362 What's This?

362. Application; undertaking; recommendation

Application for a license shall be made in writing, signed by the applicant, to the Liquor Control Board on a form prescribed by the Board, containing the name, residence, and business address of the applicant, the name and address of the vendor to be represented by the applicant, and an undertaking by the applicant to comply with the regulations of the Board. The application shall have appended thereto a recommendation of the applicant as being qualified to hold the license, signed by such vendor. (Amended 2013, No. 72, 27.)
