33 V.S.A. § 3305. What's This?

§ 3305. Implementation and evaluation of plan

The state agencies and departments specified in section 3304 of this title shall formulate primary prevention policies and implementation practices that are consistent with the state primary prevention plan. Such policies and practices shall be targeted to specific goals, objectives and key result areas. (Added 1983, No. 79, § 1.)
