§ 467. Accounts with superior court clerks

The commissioner of finance and management shall issue a warrant in favor of each superior court clerk when the clerk requires money for election or court expenses, and the state treasurer shall charge the same to the clerk. The clerk shall be credited for moneys properly disbursed by him or her, and the balance shall be paid by the clerk into the treasury. (Amended 1959, No. 328 (Adj. Sess.), § 8; 1983, No. 195 (Adj.
