§ 8910. Penalties
Any person who wilfully makes a false statement on such tax form prescribed and furnished by the commissioner or any person who wilfully attempts to evade the tax herein imposed shall be fined not more than $500.00. (Added 1959, No. 327 (Adj. Sess.), § 9, eff. March 1, 1960.)
