§ 3206. Application
A person who desires to be licensed as a clinical social worker shall apply to the secretary in writing on a form furnished by the secretary, accompanied by payment of the specified fee. (Added 1985, No. 253 (Adj. Sess.), § 1; amended 1989, No. 250 (Adj. Sess.), § 4(d); 1993, No. 98, § 26.)
