§ 1743. Medicaid reimbursement
The secretary of the agency of human services shall, pursuant to the Administrative Procedure Act, promulgate rules providing for a fee schedule for reimbursement under Title XIX of the Social Security Act and 33 V.S.A. chapter 19, relating to medical assistance which recognizes reasonable cost differences between services provided by physicians and those provided by physician assistants under this chapter.
