§ 9-30.3. Officers

The school commissioners shall appoint one (1) of their own members president, and shall appoint another of their own members as clerk to keep a full and complete record of all their proceedings. They shall by general regulations provide for the holding of regular and special meetings. A majority of said commissioners shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business.
