§ 9-15.3. Annual appointments

(a) The mayor shall annually in the month of March appoint one (1) cemetery commissioner, one (1) member of the board of health, and one (1) pension committee member.

(b) At the discretion of the mayor, the offices of the inspector of milk and inspector of meat may be combined.
