§ 5-403. Nominations to fill vacancy in office of mayor

Nominations to fill a vacancy in the office of mayor shall be by certificate signed by at least twenty-five legal voters. Such certificate shall be filed with the city clerk not less than fifteen and not more than twenty-five days before such special election. The then-current check-list shall be used.
