§ 5-1204. Delinquent taxes

At the expiration of ninety days from the date of the notice above provided, the city treasurer shall issue a warrant against all taxpayers delinquent in payment of installments of taxes permitted to be paid in installments for the full amount of their unpaid taxes. Penalties and interest as provided by ordinance and by law shall be added to each delinquent tax.
