§ 3687. Eligibility for state aid

A consolidated sewer district formed under this chapter shall be eligible to receive state aid as provided in chapter 55 of Title 10 and under the terms, conditions, and procedures set forth in these chapters. (1967, No. 318 (Adj. Sess.), § 16, eff. March 22, 1968; amended 1971, No. 97, § 2, eff. April 22, 1971.)
