23 V.S.A. § 1741. What's This?

§ 1741. Definition

As used in this chapter the word "town" shall apply to a town or incorporated village only and the word "selectboard" shall apply to the selectboard of a town and the trustees of an incorporated village only. (1961, No. 103, § 1.)
