§ 2051. Creation of center

There shall be within the department of public safety a center to be known as the Vermont criminal information center. It shall be the official state repository for all criminal records, records of the commission of crimes, arrests, convictions, photographs, descriptions, fingerprints, and such other information as the commissioner deems pertinent to criminal activity. (Added 1969, No. 290 (Adj. Sess.), § 10.)
