19 V.S.A. § 733. What's This?

§ 733. Costs

When the appraisal by the commissioners is more than was offered by the selectmen, the town shall pay the costs; when less, costs shall be borne by the petitioner. (Added 1985, No. 269 (Adj. Sess.), § 1.)
