§ 1851. Definitions
As used in this chapter:
(1) "Hospital" means a general hospital required to be licensed under 18 V.S.A. chapter 43.
(2) "Patient" means a person admitted to a hospital on an inpatient basis. (Added 1985, No. 163 (Adj. Sess.), § 1.)
