§ 8202. Revocation of license

The commissioner may revoke any license when it appears that the holder thereof does not exercise sufficient skill and is not possessed of adequate means and methods for the proper care and treatment of the patients therein. (Added 1967, No. 305 (Adj. Sess.), § 1, eff. Oct. 1, 1968.)
