§ 2327 Morgan horse farm; committee
§ 2327. Morgan horse farm; committee
(a) A committee of three persons shall be appointed by the governor to advise the dean of the college of agriculture in determining the terms of acceptance and disposition of the Morgan horse farm, located at Weybridge, in the county of Addison, Vermont, which was accepted by the state of Vermont pursuant to section 1 of No. 259 of the Acts of 1951.
(b) Vacancies in said committee shall be filled by appointment by the governor and after February 1, 1955, the governor shall biennially appoint three members to such committee to serve for a term of two years each and until his successor is appointed and qualifies.
