§ 800. Contract with sheriff for service of civil process

The office of child support may contract with a sheriff's department for the purpose of locating and investigating child support obligors and serving process, warrants, and mittimus in child support cases. (Added 2009, No. 146 (Adj. Sess.), § C19.)
