14 V.S.A. § 1613. What's This?

§ 1613. When whole of real estate may be sold

When an executor or administrator makes application to the probate division of the superior court for license to sell real estate for payment of debts or charges of administration, and it appears that a part of such estate is sufficient for that purpose, and that such part cannot be sold without injury to those interested in the remainder, the court may grant license to sell the whole of such estate or such part as is necessary or beneficial to those concerned therein.
