    § 929. Buildings to be kept in repair

    An executor or administrator shall maintain in tenantable repair the houses, buildings and fences belonging to the estate and deliver the same in such repair to the heirs or devisees when directed by the probate division of the superior court. (Amended 2009, No. 154 (Adj. Sess.), § 238a, eff. Feb. 1, 2011.)
