    § 902. Will allowed; letters to executor

    When a will has been allowed, the probate division of the superior court shall issue letters testamentary thereon to the person named executor therein if the person accepts the trust and gives a bond as required by law. (Amended 1985, No. 144 (Adj. Sess.), § 35; 2009, No. 154 (Adj. Sess.), § 238a, eff. Feb. 1, 2011.)
