§ 2327. Further powers of court; equity powers

The probate division of the superior court may further hear and determine in equity all other matters relating to the trusts mentioned in this chapter. (Amended 2009, No. 154 (Adj. Sess.), § 238a, eff. Feb. 1, 2011.)
