§ 7105. Rules of procedure

Windsor County court diversion, in conjunction with the Windsor County youth court advisory board established pursuant to section 7109 of this title, and after consultation with the youth court officers, the Windsor County state's attorney, the office of the public defender for Windsor County, and the presiding judges in the unit of the superior court that includes Windsor County, shall adopt rules of procedure for the youth court prior to its first hearing. (Added 1995, No. 18, § 1; amended 2009, No. 154 (Adj. Sess.), § 89.)
