§ 7015. Confidentiality
All written and oral communications made in connection with or during the mediation process set forth in this chapter shall be confidential. The mediation process shall be treated as a settlement negotiation under Rule 408 of the Vermont Rules of Evidence. (Added 2011, No. 171 (Adj. Sess.), § 24c, eff. Feb. 1, 2013.)
