11 V.S.A. § 1063. What's This?

§ 1063. Fee

For filing articles of merger or consolidation the new cooperative shall pay $20.00 to the secretary of state; and for filing an amendment thereof $10.00. (Amended 1963, No. 37, § 5; 1967, No. 278 (Adj. Sess.), § 8.)
