§ 1929b. Regulation of heating oil tanks at public buildings

The secretary shall establish tank registration requirements for underground storage tanks equal to or less than 1,100 gallons which are or have been used to contain fuel oil for on-premise heating purposes at a public building. (Added 2009, No. 22, § 3.)
