§ 6029. Act 250 permit fund

There is hereby established a special fund to be known as the Act 250 permit fund for the purposes of implementing the provisions of this chapter. Revenues to the fund shall be those fees collected in accordance with section 6083a of this title, gifts, appropriations, and copying and distribution fees. The board shall be responsible for the fund and shall account for revenues and expenditures of the board. At the commissioner's discretion, the commissioner of finance and management may anticipate amounts to be collected and may issue warrants based thereon for the purposes of this section. Disbursements from the fund shall be made through the annual appropriations process to the board, and to the agency of natural resources to support those programs within the agency that directly or indirectly assist in the review of Act 250 applications. This fund shall be administered as provided in subchapter 5 of chapter 7 of Title 32. (Added 1989, No. 279 (Adj. Sess.), § 2, eff. June 30, 1990;
