§ 2390. Remedies and penalties

All remedies and penalties available to a consumer and the attorney general under 9 V.S.A. chapter 63 shall apply to violations of this chapter. (Added 1989, No. 284 (Adj. Sess.), § 1; amended 1991, No. 79, § 6; 2011, No. 136 (Adj. Sess.), § 1, eff. May 18, 2012.)
